Transport systems
Chain conveyors
A chain conveyor gently transports the workpieces to specially manufactured workpiece carriers. Depending on the application and strip length, workpieces can be transported up to 50kg. Empty workpiece carriers are clocked back below the workpiece transport path. This transport system is very space-saving.
This linear linking is a gentle transport of workpieces in confined spaces.
Apron conveyors
Link belt conveyors have bars, plates or boxes as a supporting element instead of a strip. Through this a link conveyor is particularly flexible in the lineup. Corners or curves can be implemented and minimize the space required.
Roll band
With a roller conveyor, you can have workpieces or goods transported at any time to the next production step. The load capacity of the roller conveyor is variable. A slight downward gradient transports smaller or larger piece goods from one point to another.
Ascending conveyor or Z-conveyor
These conveyor belts are often used for height bridging of floors or for loading machines. With Z-conveyance also bulk material can be transported.
But also in other areas you can use these. In our example, workpieces from a cooling bath are clocked via an ascending conveyor from the robot cell.
Surface storage / linear feed with singulation
With a surface storage, you can provide bulk material in the correct position to a robot or a machine. This separation system works with a jam section which conveys the bulk material to the separating rail in the correct position with vibrations.
Conveyor belt
Conveyor belts are available in various designs and sizes. They are used in addition to the transport of workpieces and a sorting in the feed or the discharge.
Tactical table or turntable
Easy-to-use feeder and discharge technology. Especially easy to use and to equip.
The example: The cycle table is equipped and clocks the workpieces in the robot cell.
Sorting pot / vibrating pot / vibratory bowl feeder
Workpieces are conveyed up on a circular helix in the microwaving principle. In the course of the route, the workpieces are aligned in the correct position with the aid of various arrangement devices (sortings) and fed in a defined position to a further road jam section.
